Our Personal Dogs
("Echo")
Echo is the oldest of our three personal dogs. We meet a lot of people who claim they have a very spoiled dog. But, we believe Echo definitely steals this title. Echo has proven to be an asset to our family and to the kennel. Several dogs have been brought to us over the years with behavioral issues in respect to other dogs. Echo demonstrates great 'doggy' body language and a calm assertiveness that has been tremendously helpful in rehabilitation. With Echo's assistance we have been able to help these dogs find their perspective place within a pack and reestablish their natural communication skills.
("Erro")
Erro became part of our 'pack' family late summer 2006. Erro enjoys the company of anyone, but he prefers to spend most of his time with Todd. It is almost mandatory to take him out 5 to 6 days a week for a long run, walks and sometimes a 30 to 45 minutes swim to maintain a balanced energy level with Erro. Todd has used him in several speaking engagements and people are amazed how calm he can be and yet exhibit a lot of stamina when allowed to. Todd also uses Erro during obedience training with other dogs. Many times his calm demeanor aides in teaching other dogs.
("Tritt")
Tritt is owned by our son, Dalton. Tritt is very much like his mom, Echo. Tritt is quite certain all dogs and people were created for the sole purpose of playing with him. He has a very thoughtful nature and is quick to run over and invite a new dog into the play group. His favorite part of the day is play time; however, feeding time runs a close second.
